Departamento O

Department O is the refurbishment project for one of Pezet 515 building duplex apartments, designed by the Austrian architect Hans Hollein. The building is located in front of the San Isidro Golf course, a privileged and exclusive area in Lima city.

The architectural program of the apartment includes: a main hall, double height living room, staircase and elevator, guest bathroom, dining room, kitchen with dining room, terrace / garden with pool, two main bedrooms with private bathrooms and walk-in closets, a guest room with private bathroom, living room, office and a large library, TV room, laundry and service rooms.

The project seeks to custom design each space creating comfortable quality spaces.

Furniture and interior design were worked together with architect Nicole Futtercknecht.

The works included the architecture, manufacture and installation supervision during construction.
