CASINO AND SHOPPING CENTER

The project consists of the renovation of a casino located in the Miraflores district, in which a different concept is proposed, so that the predominant program of the casino interacts with shops and restaurants, forming a shopping center.

The casino is located in the ground levels (with commercial premises to the outside), and in the upper levels are located the restaurants and shops. The project includes the use of escalators integrated into the sidewalk so that pedestrians can easily access their desired program directly from the street. Urban furniture and floor treatment was included on the sidewalk to improve the pedestrian experience.

The main feature of the façade is the playful skin of vertical lamas that covers the upper floors, giving it dynamism and presence.
